The integration of Shopify allows users to connect their online store to Brightcove’s video cloud through the Shopify app marketplace. Users can now, directly from Shopify, access and search their video catalog, publish videos on their online store, and create live video events to broadcast to potential customers with chat functionality to engage viewers. Brightcove’s app also provides performance and engagement analytics on Shopify, making it easy to measure the Return on Investment (ROI) of video.

The integration of Instagram places the social network as a publishing destination within the Brightcove platform. Customers can now upload their video content directly to Instagram as a Reels or in Feed to reach wider audiences with their branded content.

The integration of SalesforceSalesCloud allows Brightcove customers to sync data directly from the solution Audience Insights from Brightcove to Salesforce. Marketers and campaign teams can now better analyze video and viewer data within the Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to take insight-driven actions for their outreach and marketing efforts.
