Panova said that in the field of health, the BRICS countries promote South-South cooperation in the field of health, share technologies for the prevention and treatment of communicable and non-communicable diseases, develop digital technologies for disease treatment and prevention, strengthen drug research and development and their accessibility; In the field of science and technology, countries under the BRICS mechanism carry out specific cooperation on fresh water supply, land protection, desertification control, and improvement of irrigation systems; important platform. The forum discussed assessing and prioritizing cooperation in science, technology and innovation among BRICS countries, resulting in significant synergies.
