Amritsar: Khalistan leader Amritpal Singh surrendered in Moga, Punjab. Punjab Police sources informed that Amritpal has been arrested. It is reported that he surrendered at a Gurdwara in a village in Moga district around this morning. There was also a report that he reached the police station in Moga and surrendered.
