Breakfast: this habit that can make you gain weight

At breakfast, many people opt for a glass of fruit juice. But as part of a diet, it is better to avoid.

If you pay attention to your figure by limiting your caloric intake, it is advisable to skip juices and other fruit nectars in the morning. Whether it’s orange, apricot or apple juice, one glass corresponds to an average of four sugar cubes.

It is therefore better to favor a freshly squeezed fruit juice. But on the condition of drinking it immediately following pressing to benefit from all the nutrients of the fruit. Indeed, vitamin C is very fragile and sensitive to oxygen in the air. If we wait, it will deteriorate.

On the other hand, contrary to what one can read on certain sites, this will not facilitate digestion and will not make it possible to detoxify the organism.
