“There is indeed a breakdown right now due to equipment failure affecting our pharmacy networks,” confirmed the group’s communications manager, Catherine Latendresse, in an email sent to the QMI Agency.
However, no details were available as to a possible return to normal at the end of the morning.
According to several customers on Twitter, the outage would prevent the preparation and ordering of medicines from the application or the website.
“Computer system not working. We cannot open. Sorry for not being able to serve you”, is it possible to read on the closed door of a branch located on rue Notre-Dame, near rue Jean d’Estrées.
