At regarding 1 am today (28th), the police received a report from a woman, saying that her husband, surnamed Lin (64 years old), was beheaded at the junction of Argyle Street and Canton Road in Mong Kok, and that the perpetrators had fled. . The police rushed to the scene and found Lin Man with a waist injury. He was sent to the hospital by ambulance for treatment, while the woman who reported the case returned to the station with the police to assist in the investigation.

It is understood that both Lin Nan and his wife are from Zhanjiang, Guangdong. After coming to Hong Kong in the early days, they often “struck their feet” to play sparrows with the village. Before the incident, his wife and the creditor were present at the scene for a dispute over gambling debts. After Lin Nan learned of the incident, he rushed to protect his wife in anger with a 20 cm kitchen knife. During the collision, Lin Nan was accidentally cut.

After investigation, the police arrested Lin Nan on suspicion of “possessing offensive weapons”. The case was handed over to the Mong Kok District Criminal Investigation Team for follow-up.
