With almost fifteen years of experience leading Schneider Informática Ltda, Sérgio Schneider Junior has targeted the American Information Technology (IT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) market and will expand his global presence with SchneiderTech Consulting LLC. The United States currently has the strongest currencythe dollar, being the largest global economy, which attracts companies and investors from different industry sectors.
According to the United States Department of Labor, there are around 1.5 million job openings for IT professionals in the country. Even though the USA is home to large companies in the sector, big techs are unable to find professionals in sufficient quantity and capacity to meet demand in the country.
For these and other reasons, Schneider decided to invest in expanding his company on American soil and opening three branches. “The IT market is increasingly on the rise and the demand for qualified labor is great”, informs the businessman. The offices will be located in the cities of Miami (Florida), Austin (Texas) and San Francisco (California).
He highlights that, throughout his career, he has acquired advanced technical knowledge and specialization in key information technology tools, in addition to having experience with automation tools. “With this expertise, we want to expand operations to the USA to meet the demands of the American market, in addition to strengthening international partnerships and providing customers with a wide range of solutions in the area of information technology”, he adds.
The IT specialist has good prospects for the future and believes that expansion is the first step towards entering the Artificial Intelligence market. “The United States is far ahead when it comes to AI, and I want to bring my experience and knowledge to contribute to the development of the sector,” he declares.
