RP Trader®, the largest B2B prospecting startup in Brazil, has 150 open positions for home office
The commercial area is undoubtedly one of the most important and strategic areas of any company, being responsible for attracting customers and directly for the institution’s income. At the same time, it is one of the areas that most demands well-qualified employees, training and management. Not to mention that sellers need and should always be motivated, which demands a lot of energy.
By outsourcing the prospecting sector to a company focused on this, there is a guarantee that your Salesperson will receive extremely qualified leads, while the company’s core activity is developed and improved. The largest provider of this type of service in Brazil, the startup RP Trader® from Curitiba, has already received contributions of more than 1 million reais and in this second semester was selected by the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub program.
Startup has great achievements with its business, in 2022, it was listed in the 100 Startups to Watch, where more than 1,800 were registered and was selected among the 5% best innovation businesses in Brazil. The award, created by the magazine Pequenas Empresas, Grandes Negócios, highlights the 100 most promising companies in the Brazilian ecosystem every year.
The Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, is a program offered by Microsoft, whose goal is to help startups and provide them with free resources that help build a journey of growth such as up to US$ 150,000 in Microsoft Azure credits, access to GitHub tools and Microsoft 365, in addition to mentoring. With the support of Microsoft, RP Trader® expects to more than double its staff.
According to CEO Rafael Mendes, companies have incredible products and sales teams. However, everything becomes extremely complicated because they do not have predictable lead generation and naturally do not have predictable revenue generation. Our goal is to help them, in situations such as:
- Companies do not have a prospecting process;
- They do not use the outbound methodology;
- They’ve already tried to set up a prospecting area, but it didn’t work;
- They need to sell, but they don’t have time or they still haven’t found the best prospecting solution.
RP Trader® has become a major national reference when it comes to B2B Prospecting Outsourcing. The brand broke state barriers, drawing the attention of Brazil, and gaining prominence in the main communication vehicles, and having companies listed on B3 in its customer portfolio.
The company’s focus is on hiring unemployed professionals. For what reason? “Unemployment is one of the challenges that most afflict Brazilian society, our mission is to contribute to reducing it. We do not hire professionals who are already employed, looking to change their salary or job. We are going following those who need to be placed on the market”, argues CEO Rafael Mendes.
The startup’s objective is to grow, also offering opportunities to historically discriminated groups in society, and to take advantage of this relationship with Microsoft to expand its brand and attract talents who want to develop their careers.
Inspired by the good results, the RP Trader team® he is currently working on the development of new products – in particular, a line using heavy processing using Microsoft Azure and another on creating prototypes with Microsoft Power Apps, the latter aimed especially at small and medium-sized companies.
In the next few months there are 150 spots open, for home office!
“Getting there” does not mean stopping at the current stage. No. RP Trader targets new goals. “The future? We have no control over it. But our company stopped running a 100-meter race and started running a marathon. This marathon has a destiny: to take us towards the national expansion of the company”, bets the CEO Rafael Mendes.
