A Brazilian model who helped the Ukrainian army as a sniper died following a Russian bombardment according to the NY Post.

Thalita do Valle, 39, joined the Ukrainian forces three weeks ago.
The former model was in Kharkiv when an airstrike by the Russian army hit an area where she was.
She would have been stuck in a bunker and would have died of asphyxiation.
She had also fought in Iraq and was studying to become a lawyer.
Her brother hailed her as a hero who dedicated her life to helping others.
