On the evening of February 16, 38 contestants from all over the world entered the final night Miss Charm 2023. Finally, the Brazilian representative – Luma Russo was crowned the highest. The title of 1st and 2nd runner-up belonged to representatives of the Philippines and Indonesia, respectively.
On the last night of the competition, in the behavioral part, the Brazilian representative had an excellent answer to the question for the top 3: “Every morning you wake up, what do you believe is meaningful for your life? ? What do you live for?”
Luma Russo said: “For me, the meaning of life is freedom. Being free to travel wherever you want, to be the woman you dream of, culturally savvy, emotionally intelligent.”

As the representative of Vietnam, Thanh Thanh Huyen reached the top 20 with contestants from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Venezuela, Thailand, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Mexico, Ukraine, Poland, Korea, Philippines, Chile and the Netherlands.
After the swimsuit competition, Thanh Thanh Huyen did not enter top 10 Miss Charm 2023. The top 10 list includes: representatives of Venezuela, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Philippines, Costa Rica, Indonesia and the Dominican Republic.

After the evening gown competition, the top 6 were announced including representatives of Venezuela, South Africa, Philippines, Colombia, Brazil and Indonesia.
In Miss Charm 2023 finalthe organizers awarded the sub-award for the best national costume to the Cambodian representative.
