In Omsk, a woman caught up and detained a man who was molesting her daughter. On Wednesday, July 19, reports RIA Novosti with reference to a source in power structures.
According to a local resident, her 12-year-old daughter was walking along one of the streets when a 57-year-old man ran up to her, “took off his pants and showed her genitals.”
An interlocutor in law enforcement agencies shared that the girl ran home and told her mother everything. A resident of Omsk went out into the street, saw a pervert and began to chase him. Soon she came across a traffic police car and asked to help her detain the man, but the officers refused, citing being busy.
“She stopped a private taxi driver and, together with him, caught up with this man. The driver twisted him and took him to the police, ”added the interlocutor of RIA Novosti.
