The head of the radiology department is now retiring. To say goodbye, he invited people to a training event on the topic of “Current news in radiology”. “We have often been asked how we manage to ensure that radiology at the Braunau location is so well positioned – with round-the-clock care, state-of-the-art technology and very motivated employees. That is a significant achievement from Primary Robert Stelzl, who formed and supported this team and can now hand over a really great department,” says Erwin Windischbauer, Managing Director of the St. Josef Braunau Hospital. The medical director, Corinna Hirzinger, also has nothing but praise for the outgoing primary. He “did an outstanding job in establishing radiological-invasive diagnostics and therapy as well as in introducing MR diagnostics in Braunau.”
On December 1st, Markus Gapp will take over radiology at Braunau Hospital.
