Nuremberg (ots) – A relaxed atmosphere, enthusiastic guests and exhibitors, inspiring discussions and networking late into the night: the second BRANDmate has set new standards as an event and brand festival for everything to do with cooperation, partnerships and licensing. More than 750 participants from around 330 companies came together on June 21st and 22nd for a top-class get-together in Offenbach and used the event as a cross-industry platform for exchange and networking. Whether brand owner or licensee, retail or marketing – thanks to the matchmaking function on the event website, all participants were able to get in touch with each other in the run-up to the event and arranged more than 2,800 speed dating appointments. At the BRANDmate, people met in person, exchanged ideas in a relaxed atmosphere and developed new business ideas. At the official BRANDmate party on Wednesday evening, the guests brought the first day to a close with a live band, DJ, buffet and drinks.

Strong local brands

“This year’s BRANDmate exceeded all our expectations – together with the exhibitors and guests we celebrated a real brand festival!” Eva Stemmer, organizer of BRANDmate and managing director of BRANDmate GmbH, is enthusiastic. “The collective passion for brands, licenses and collaborations makes BRANDmate so special. The energy and enthusiasm that was felt during these two days in Offenbach are the best proof that we are making an important contribution to the networking of our industry. ” Exhibitors presented themselves in the brand experience area and celebrated the BRANDmate with unique showrooms, walking acts, special promotions and happy hours. This year’s event focused on the gaming & e-sports, food & beverage, home & living and sports sectors – in addition to the well-known worlds of entertainment, toys and PBS. Exhibitors included both German and internationally renowned entertainment companies such as Super RTL, Warner Bros., NBC Universal, Paramount, WDR mediagroup and rbb. Mattel and Hasbro as toy giants, but also the sports brands BVB and Eintracht Frankfurt, the e-sports club Eintracht Spandau and the publishers Burda Licensing, the Jahresenverlag and the Carlsen Verlag were also there. Food brands such as Jokolade and KoRo or home & living brands such as Koziol, IBENA Textile and Carrera complete the portfolio.
