Siobhan Lam: I’m definitely passionate about injecting personality into spaces! I look for homes that have a story to tell, that reflect the homeowner’s individual style and passions.Think quirky elements, fearless color choices, and statement pieces that make a space truly unique. I believe every home should be a reflection of the people who live ther.

Siobhan Lam: The variety is astounding! Each home offers a unique glimpse into different styles and design choices, and I’m eager to discover the creative journeys behind them. Whether it’s a beautifully restored period property or a daring modern design,I’m looking for homes that are both functional and infused with personality

Siobhan Lam: Functionality is paramount. I want to see spaces that are comfortable, practical, and designed to meet the needs of the homeowner. But equally critically importent is the sense of “lived-in” warmth. Homes that feel inviting, comfortable, and authentic are truly special.
Archyde: looking ahead, what trends in Irish interior design are you particularly excited about? Can you see sustainable practices and bold styles influencing each other?
Siobhan lam: I love how Irish design is embracing sustainability without compromising on style. We’re seeing more natural materials, eco-conscious choices, and creative upcycling. The result? Beautiful, functional spaces that are also good for the planet. I think the intersection of sustainability and bold design is truly inspiring, offering a splendid opportunity to create homes that are both stylish and responsible.
