Going beyond the limits, breaking the codes, flying the colors of Morocco beyond the borders… placed under the theme “Braking Boundaries, a matter of mindset”, the 6th edition of the Imperials started on Wednesday, in Casablanca, in the presence of many personalities, national and international experts, and representatives of major Moroccan brands.
The plenary session took place in the presence of the Minister Delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament, Government Spokesperson, Mustapha Baitas, who highlighted the strengths available to Morocco to win the most complex bets.
“We just have to believe in our ability to succeed and to adopt rational and effective approaches”, said the minister once more, noting that “The + niyaates + intentions are important, but it is necessary to link them to scientific and realistic approaches, to our mobilization capacity, coupled with management capacities, in addition to providing technical and material capacities and appropriate strategies”.
The plenary session was previously inaugurated by the president of the Association Les Impériales, Anouar Sabri, who set the tone for the debates around the theme of this edition, stating that “Morocco is an interesting example of a country that has all the potential to be a nation that works on its positioning through an approach of economic diversification, the enhancement of its cultural heritage and the promotion of innovation in key sectors. The case of Morocco supports the initial idea that the positioning of a nation is a long-term task that requires a global approach, including economic diversification, the enhancement of cultural heritage and the promotion of innovation..
Les Impériales 2023 will continue two days of panels and debates, breaking down the general theme through numerous axes. Speakers will explore brands that have succeeded in Morocco or successfully exported, in various sectors such as media, sport, culture, cinema and associations. They will also discuss the adaptation of brands to the technological revolution, marked by artificial intelligence, as well as new trends in the retail and distribution sector.
They will examine the efforts of Moroccan companies to face inflation and consider new possibilities to build a better Morocco in terms of economic growth, technological innovation and sustainable development.
They will also focus on the challenges of entrepreneurship in Morocco and the different financing methods to support business growth. Finally, they will discuss the benefits of diversity in business and the challenges that must be met to ensure equal opportunities in the job market for all employees, whether male or female.
