At 131 meters, the park describes its attraction as the tallest free-standing free-fall tower in the world. During a ride, 30 passengers are lifted into the air and then fall at a speed of more than 120 kilometers per hour.
The sales director of the owner company Slingshot Group, John Stine, was shocked by the accident. He expressed his condolences to the boy’s family. The ride and another one owned by the Slingshot Group have been closed. Previously, according to Stines, there were no problems with the tower.
