Bourgeois and right-wing nationalists before social democrats

The Finnish parliamentary elections on Sunday brought the predicted tight fight for political leadership. The bourgeois rally party got the most seats. The social democratic party leader Sanna Marin will probably have to give up her post at the top of the government.

Three major parties practically neck and neck in the front and behind them a big hole – the forecast of most augurs for the outcome of the Finnish parliamentary elections came true on Sunday. When the polling stations closed and the media shortly followingwards presented the results of the numerous early votes cast, the bourgeois National Coalition Party and the Social Democrats both had just over 20 percent of the voters, separated from each other by only a tenth of a percent.
