Liège actor Bouli Lanners was crowned best supporting actor at the 2023 César ceremony.
The Liège actor Bouli Lanners, known in particular for his roles in “Eldorado”, “The Giants” or more recently “The Shadow of a Lie”, won the César 2023 for Best actor in a supporting role on Friday. The actor said he was “super happy” to receive his award. “Damn, I come from Liège,” he said.
It is in the Franco-Belgian co-production (Haut et Court, Versus Production) “La Nuit du 12” that Bouli Lanners distinguished himself this year. The film tells the story of a policeman who tries to gather clues to a heinous and complex crime.
