A few days before the launch of the new season of the Overwatch League, the Boston Rising team announces the departure of French player Terence “SoOn” Tarlier.
Visa problems push Boston to part ways with SoOn
The former Overwatch player of the Los Angeles Valiant and Paris Eternal will not even have had time to play an OWL game with his new team, Boston Uprising, joined last December. Visa problems, probably related to the COVID-19 pandemic, forced the Massachusetts formation to part with it. According to an official press release published on the website of the latter, “he was unable to join the team this year because he failed to get a visa”.

This is a heavy disappointment for Terence “SoOn” Tarlier who had very seriously prepared his season while many Overwatch players chose to leave for VALORANT, the FPS Riot Games, as the French uNKOE and aKm officiating at OG.
Shortly following Boston’s announcement, SoOn posted a message via his Twitter account.
