Boston on its way, Philadelphia offers Milwaukee, Utah impresses

Eleven NBA games were on the schedule on Friday, and they notably saw Boston win at New Orleans and widen the gap at the top of the Eastern Conference. Milwaukee lost to Philadelphia, while Utah offered the scalp of Phoenix.

There is no longer any doubt, Boston is clearly the best NBA team today! The Celtics went to win a ninth straight victory, on the floor of New Orleans: 109-117. Carried by a Jaylen Brown with 27 points and 10 rebounds, a Derrick White with 26 points and a Jayson Tatum with 19 points and 10 assists, the C’s led this game almost from start to finish and counted up to 19 points ahead. The Pelicans, still without Zion Williamson and despite a 25-point Brandon Ingram, mightn’t do anything. With 43.5% success at 3 points (6/8 for White in particular), Boston was unplayable, and now has two wins ahead of Milwaukee, before going to Chicago.
