Boston Celtics take another step to be second in the East

The Bulls-Celtics provided a logical result according to the current trajectories of both teams, with Chicago offering a poor performance in the second part of the season and Boston showing itself as a team without fissures.

Boston has won 94-117 in Chicago. A very comfortable victory. Suffice it to say that the locals scored 67 points in three quarters when the visitors already had 67 points at the end of the second.

Another bad game from the team Billy Donovanwhich is going from bad to worse no matter how much he is qualified to play the playoffs.

Bad from the triple (7 of 23), very uneven in the offense losing 17 balls and once more short of physical and lousy in the defensive field, especially in the first half.

Boston was already leading by 24 points at the end of the third quarter following reaching halftime earlier, winning 51-67 with Daniel Theis Y Al Horford dominating the game and Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown Y Payton Pritchard showing your credentials.

At halftime… 3 local triples for 9 visitors, ratio of 8 assists and 10 turnovers in Bulls for a huge 20-4 in Celtics… And Zach LaVine being unproductive.

The last quarter of the game lacked emotion, with Boston ultimately beating to take second place in the East alone, 50-30 to both the Bucks and Sixers, 49-30.

Jaylen Brown finished with 25 points and 4 steals and the Dominican Al Horford shone in his own light and did not miss a single shot throughout the match to finish with 17 points and 10 rebounds, with 7 of 7 shooting that included a 3 of 3 from beyond the arch.

Tatum was close to the triple-double, but he only scored 16 points following shooting quite poorly (5 of 18), and the German Theis added 15 points and 6 rebounds, standing out in the first half.

Chicago’s big three only scored 36 points, with DeRozan at 16, Vucevic at 13 and LaVine at 7.
