The law on courts However, there are problems with the seat of the court – it should be located in the Serbian part of the country, the Republika Srpska.

“Message to Russia”

Konakovic made it clear that Bosnia was not asking for a shortcut in the accession process, but that it was a political message from Brussels. This would also be an important signal to Moscow, which maintains good relations, especially with Republika Srpska. “When we get on the train, this is also the message to Russia to withdraw from this part of the world.”
