Al-Marsad newspaper: Family physician Dr. Saud Al-Shehri revealed the factors that help increase the male hormone.

Al-Shehri said, in a video on his account on X: “A study was conducted on 279 people, and they were placed in two groups, the first walking less than 4,000 steps, and the second walking more than 4,000 steps.”

He added: “They found that the second group’s male hormone levels increased by a significant amount, and every 1,000 steps increased gave them 7 nanograms per decimeter of male hormone, and it increased in their blood.”

He continued: “Their cortisone also decreases, because walking lowers it, which helps increase male hormones.”
