About 90 million euros have been released for 2023 to encourage citizens to renovate their homes, recall, in a press release, the Walloon Ministers of Housing, Christophe Collignon, and Energy, Philippe Henry.
“The renovation of the building in Wallonia represents a colossal challenge and we are working to accelerate it through many means, including this reform of the system of bonuses which will be able to reimburse up to 90% of the bill for the works”, underlined this last.
“It was necessary to improve readability and to accentuate simplification with regard to the granting of bonuses for greater efficiency. The Walloon government has made housing one of its priorities during this legislature. After public housing and its renovation plan, today we come with a renovation plan for private housing to provide a concrete response to the energy crisis,” added Christophe Collignon.
