Dubai: Those applying for driving license can now book test appointments in Dubai through the social media platform WhatsApp. Driving test appointment and date renewal can be done through WhatsApp.
The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that it has made driving test booking and rescheduling possible for locals and foreigners through WhatsApp. The service is available on RTA’s Mahbub chatbot at 0588009090.

Until now, appointments were made by visiting RTA’s website or using the ‘RTA Dubai’ application. Mira Ahmed Al Sheikh, Director of Smart Services Department of RTA’s Corporate Technical Support Services Sector, said that since the user’s phone numbers and registered information are authentic, test booking is also possible through WhatsApp by mobile number.
