It’s difficult to produce a weekly technology podcast without occasionally mentioning Space X, Blue Origine, Virgin Galactic, Ariane Espace, NASA, etc…. This was once more discussed in our episode 192 where we discussed with Sébastien A. and Xavier the Chinese lunar ambitions, the epic tale of Voyager2 and the forced ditching of the first stage of a Falcon 7 following three successful launches. We often hear criticism from those who think that these investments would be better invested on Earth. The other way of seeing things (that of our two columnists) is from the angle of technological advances resulting from the conquest of space (from the 1950s) and which, in many cases, have already improved our daily lives.
