In addition, there will be a five-star hotel, apartments, gym, premises and a parking lot and a public plaza will be built to improve access to the main stadium.
It should be noted that the construction of the new Bombonera could take between 12 and 18 and the costs are not known, but it is mentioned that a new stadium will be created and much more economical than buying the blocks that were needed.
