In August of this year, the PF asked Moraes for authorization to indict the Chief Executive and take his statement.
At the time, the partial report already pointed to incitement to crime by the agent, in addition to a criminal misdemeanor for causing non-existent alarm or danger by making a false association with the vaccine and the AIDS virus. However, the PF indicates that Moraes did not respond to the request.
