Bologna lose despite Arnautovic’s goal at Lazio

Marko Arnautovic wrote to Serie A at the start of the season, but left the field as a loser with FC Bologna. When the red-blue team lost 2-1 at Lazio, Austria’s team striker scored a penalty (38th) to give his team the lead at the break. The jubilation in front of the Roman fan curve brought the Viennese a yellow card.

However, Lazio turned the game around following an own goal by Lorenzo De Silvestri (68′) and a goal by Ciro Immobile (79′). Both the Romans and Bologna ended the game with ten men following first-half exclusions. At Lazio, neo-goalie Luis Maximiano was sent off in the 5th minute following a handball outside the box, with Bologna’s Soumaoro following just before half-time.

Aiwu makes debut for newly promoted Cremonese

Emanuel Aiwu made his debut in Italy’s upper house. When promoted Cremonese made it 2:3 at Fiorentina, the 21-year-old ex-Rapidler came on the field in the finish, the home team, who had been outnumbered for a long time, only scored the winning goal in the 96th minute through Rolando Mandragora.

Aiwu played right in defense from the 82nd minute. Goalkeeper Andrei Radu, on loan from Inter Milan, failed to score the decisive goal. Cremonese’s Gonzalo Escalante saw red just before half-time. The league newcomer then managed to equalize 2:2 in the meantime.

AS Roma got a 1-0 win over Salernitana. Like Inter, champions Milan had already won on Saturday.
