Bolloré Transport & Logistics Ghana received a total of 555 light vehicles on behalf of CFAO Ghana PLC, part of the CFAO Group, at the port of Tema on April 15, 2022. After leaving India, the vehicles were shipped to 2 batches before arriving at destination. In total, this operation lasted a month and required the end-to-end mobilization of Bolloré Transport & Logistics teams in Ghana.
Working in synergy, the employees of Bolloré Transport & Logistics were in charge of managing the maritime agency, customs clearance, storage, transport, and other ancillary services such as a washing area as well as the inflation of the tires. A dedicated space has also been made available by Bolloré Transport & Logistics Ghana to facilitate the storage of vehicles.
The good collaboration of the teams and the strict respect of the requirements in terms of quality, hygiene, security and safety have enabled the success of this operation, thus giving complete satisfaction to the customer. ” This operation allowed us to demonstrate our agility and our ability to adapt our service to the needs of our client. The transparent nature and the provision of a single solution for all logistics needs meant that CFAO did not have to worry regarding execution. Our expertise in managing shipments of this nature and quality sets us apart and strengthens our position as a key partner in the automotive industry.“said Benny Dolphyne, Logistics Manager at Bolloré Transport & Logistics Ghana.
