The donation was handed over on March 23. Bolloré Transport & Logistics Congo offered Shakespeare Academy, a primary and nursery school located in Pointe-Noire, 24 recycled computers and various computer equipment including 24 keyboards, 24 mice and 4 servers. The equipment was received by Christopher AYUCK, representing the promoter of the Shakespeare Academy, in the presence of Pascal MAILLOT, Country IT Manager, Louis-Polin LIENOU, Director of Maritime Solutions, representing the Regional Director of Bolloré Transport & Logistics and Patricia EKEY -MISSE, Communications Manager. Committed to reducing its environmental footprint, Bolloré Transport & Logistics Congo is implementing an internal policy to recycle its computer equipment and benefit the local communities that the company supports through Earthtalent by Bolloré, the Group’s international solidarity program Bollore. “We would like to thank Bolloré Transport & Logistics Congo for this donation of computer equipment which will enable children to be better equipped to face current challenges. Today, the mastery of the computer tool has become essential in many sectors and we are happy with the help provided to support the education of the children of our school, “said Christopher AYUCK, representing the promoter of the school. Shakespeare Academy quoted in a press release sent to APA. “Allowing young people to develop their autonomy is one of the objectives of the Earthtalent by Bolloré program.
