Bolivian businessmen land in the country with an approximate capital of USD 5 million

Asunción, IP Agency.- The Vice Minister of Rediex, Rodrigo Maluff, together with the Interinstitutional Development Advisor, Javier Viveros, received representatives of the Bolivian firm “Preforte”, dedicated to the construction sector, who, allied with Paraguayan businessmen, announced the landing of their operations within of the national territory, with an initial investment of approximately USD 5 million.

This investment would be in a first stage and they are currently in the administrative procedures phase that allows them to have all the licenses to start operations.

Julio César Suárez, who is part of the Bolivian delegation, explained that they were working and talking about what the process of landing the investment in the construction sector will be, in the areas of prestressed, prefabricated and concrete.

In that sense, he explained that they hope to have it until before the end of the year and provide services with the levels of competitiveness that the construction market and Paraguayan clients require or need, through the industrial plant that will be installed near the municipality of Limpio. with a projection of expansion in different parts of the country.

In addition, the company provides low-carbon concrete, which effectively reduces the integrated carbon of each job, being a sustainable company within the market, being the first Bolivian concrete producer to become a permanent supplier of CarbonCure.

Suárez expressed that in Paraguay, the construction sector was the one that grew the most in recent times.

In that sense, he pointed out that it is really very attractive, that it has a country vision of attracting investments where the stability and security that investors seek is generated. He affirmed that President Santiago Peña, with his entire team, is working in this direction and is attracting investments not only in the area of ​​construction, but in the different operational and productive sectors at the level of the different areas, he added.

Finally, he pointed out that as a company they have high expectations and considering that Bolivia is a neighboring country, it allows for easier synergies and harmony to be generated to carry out this venture.
