Boldly.. Sawsan Badr shocked everyone and revealed her opinion on presenting bold scenes

Actress Sawsan Badr revealed her opinion on presenting bold scenes in her works.

This was during her meeting on the “Ink Serri” program, presented by Asma Ibrahim on the “Cairo and the People” channel. Sawsan Badr said: Now I am not offered any bold roles because the mother or grandmother will not have these scenes, but in the past, when I was offered a job I was reading the script.

And if there was a bold or tempting scene, I was thinking if it was important in the dramatic context or not, if we omitted it and did not affect it, then they are unnecessary scenes, but if the scenes are influential, I sit with the author and director to arrange how they will be filmed and presented.

Sawsan Badr gave an example of her two films, “The Assassin” and “The Closed Doors”, in which she presented scenes that are considered bold, indicating that she refused a role because of some scenes that were not influential in the drama and presented by another artist.

Sawsan Badr also revealed her opinion regarding the saying of some artists that art has its resemblance and forbidden, and she said: If he feels that art has a resemblance to it, he must leave it, not just art, any profession that she feels has a problem or does not feel comfortable with it, he must leave it.

It is noteworthy that the last work of Sawsan Badr, the third part of the series “Abu Al-Arousa”, was shown before the month of Ramadan.
