Context:
→ Since last week, the president has used a report from the Colombian Society of Engineers (SCI) as input to argue that a section of the elevated subway route should be undergrounded.
This despite the statements of the same engineers in Congress, who assured that the report is academic and does not work for making decisions.
→ Last Thursday, Galán met with the minTransporte, William Camargo, but they did not deliver the results to the Mayor’s Office. After the meeting, the mayor said that the route was not going to be modified:
