Recently, at the 2023 IFBB World Fitness and Bodybuilding Championships held in Spain, Zheng Shaozhong, a teacher from Langfang Normal University, won the gold medal in the men’s classical bodybuilding height 171cm category.
On December 6, in the fitness and bodybuilding training room of Langfang Normal University, Zheng Shaozhong was conducting equipment training on the chest muscle group. He arranged 6 movements for himself for this target area, and each movement required 6 to 8 groups. Zheng Shaozhong, who returned from winning the championship, did not miss a single day of daily training and carefully revised every detail of his movements.
Zheng Shaozhong is not only an athlete, but also a coach. After graduating from Beijing Sport University in 2012, he entered Langfang Normal University to teach and formed the school’s fitness and bodybuilding training team, using his spare time to tutor students. At present, Zheng Shaozhong has trained more than 150 team members, and has won many championships in China College Bodybuilding Championships, National Bodybuilding Championships and other competitions.
