But this year, the situation is changing once more, since the alcohol level per liter of exhaled alveolar air signifying a license withdrawal fell on June 1 from 1.5‰ (0.65 mg/l AAE) to 1.2 ‰ (0.50 mg/l AAE).

In addition to reinforced checks until the end of August, the Bob campaign, orchestrated by the Vias institute, the Belgian Brewers association and Assuralia in collaboration with the police, will be rolled out on social networks. In particular, we can see the campaign spot with the music of Dr. Alban’s hit “It’s my life”.

The campaign will also be used this summer at many festivals, festive places par excellence. A photo booth will allow partygoers to take a picture with their Bob or even sing the chorus of the song “It’s my life”. On the French-speaking side, the festivals selected are the Baudet’stival (Bertrix), the Summer Music Festival (Boussu), Fiesta City (Verviers) and Esperanzah (Floreffe).

A collaboration was also initiated with Carrefour stores. In addition to promoting the campaign at its points of sale, the supermarket chain will place “0% alcohol, 100% Bob” posters near the non-alcoholic drinks offered on its shelves, the offer of which has been considerably expanded in recent years. last years.
