Publisher Humble Games announced on February 24th that Squid Shock Studios’ Metroidvania action game “Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus” was announced to be released on July 18th. Bō: Path of the Teal Lotus is a Metroidvania action game based on Japanese folklore. The main character Bo, a fox called Celestial Flower who descended from the heavens, adventures through the Japanese world in order to play an important role in a mysterious ritual that has continued since ancient times.
The world of this game is drawn with hand-drawn graphics similar to Japanese paintings, and there are various locations such as caves, cursed castles, and lively metropolises, where players fight once morest the monsters that await them.
