BMCE Capital launches “Cap’Women” – Today Morocco

A program 100% dedicated to women

BMCE Capital celebrates International Women’s Rights Day by launching an innovative device. Indeed, the Investment Banking division of Bank Of Africa-BMCE Group unveils on this occasion its new internal innovation program 100% dedicated to women called “Cap’Women”. “Cap’Women aims to be a 100% female collaborative innovation program that will allow all female employees to assert themselves as digital thinkers, to provide digital solutions and to contribute to the strategy implemented by BMCE Capital,” says Myriem Bouazzaoui, member of the management board of BMCE Capital, in charge of supervising this program.

This system indeed illustrates BMCE Capital’s commitment to digital transformation and innovation. It is part of the continuity of the process of implementing initiatives with a disruptive dimension. The ambition is to support its employees in their process of creating digital solutions with high added value and making a major contribution to the group’s overall digital strategy.
The challenges proposed during this program will revolve around three axes. The first step is to renew the customer experience. It is also a question of strengthening the digital workplace as well as improving the processes, thus giving employees various themes for reflection and contribution. At the end of this program, the solutions selected will be crowned with several prizes and important initiatives.

It should be noted that BMCE Capital is the Business Banking Division of Bank Of Africa – BMCE Group.
