Bloodborne’s fake Remaster tweet is sending fans into a frenzy
Well, let’s be clear, there is no It was in the blood Remaster notice. Whatever is here she has It was made up – and it exploded. Impersonating the popular gaming news account Nibel, someone is fooling thousands into believing that Sony has finally fulfilled the dreams of all FromSoftware fans.
Upstairs, a tweet that so many jumped out of their seats — at first glance it’s totally convincing, but of course upon closer inspection, it all falls apart. The link to the PS Blog sends you a post from 2015, and of course the account name is misspelled. It’s a disgusting joke, yes, but most of all it proved the appetite for Bloodburn’s comeback.
This RPG is among the best games on PS4, and many would argue that it is the most powerful game from FromSoftware to date. However, despite global appreciation, the mountains fan of art (And fan games), and countless calls to support the game, Sony has done nothing with it. It wasn’t a week that fans weren’t even begging for a PS4 Pro performance fix to fix the title’s infamous clipped frame rate. Recently, the same fans read that the game will be coming to PS5 and PC, with a complete remake or remake. Of course, everything (ostensibly) falls on deaf ears, as Bloodborne remains intact years later.
While this fake ad is undoubtedly frustrating, today it shows that the Bloodborne remake will be remarkably successful. At the time of writing the tweet has 10.4K likes and accounts, just searching for answers and quotes, the excitement and anticipation for this elusive project goes to the surface. If anyone from Sony has noticed, there’s no doubt that this is as good a move as any suggestion that Bloodborne’s return would be a good idea™.
Would you like to see Bloodborne get the mod it deserves? Would you rather a complete remake at this point, or even a sequel? I dreamed big in the comments section below.
