From Wednesday, September 4th until the end of the Fair in our city, coffee and knives from Albacete will reward blood donors.
Albacete, September 3. As in previous editions, and coinciding with our Fair, the Albacete School of Cutlery and the well-known PANARIA ALBACETE cafeteria are joining in the promotion of blood donation.
The Albacete School of Cutlery is once again fulfilling the agreement signed with the Brotherhood of Blood Donors of Albacete, donating the cutlery pieces made by its students as a courtesy gift to all people who, during this festive period, come to the General Hospital to make a blood donation. The Brotherhood of Blood Donors of Albacete is grateful, once again at the Fair, for this magnificent initiative of the School of Cutlery.
For its part, Panaria Albacete will offer free coffee tastings at its establishment, located in Plaza del Altozano, to donors who make their donation at the General Hospital during those days.
The Brotherhood of Blood Donors of Albacete appreciates and recognizes the magnificent initiative of both entities, the economic effort that it requires and the solidarity that they have shown with the group of blood donors for SEVENTEEN YEARS, in the case of the School of Cutlery and since 2018 in the case of Panaria Albacete, and invites donors to donate during the Fair to see that our industry is involved with blood donation.
In addition, the Albacete Blood Donors’ Association will be present at the Fair’s bullrings with its own booth where staff from the Albacete and Cuenca Regional Transfusion Centre will determine the blood type of those who wish to do so.
