People close to the mobilization indicated that it began around 9:40 am this Sunday and a couple of hours later a humanitarian step was set up.
The protest is carried out peacefully and is allowed the passage of ambulances and children.
Citizens who were stuck due to the situation reported that the community demands the presence of Pacífico 2 in the area.
“This has been collapsed since morning. We have been looking for food or a bathroom,” said a witness to the events.
According to the spokesmen, the protest will last until background solutions occur.
