Blizzard today shared several details regarding what awaits us in 2023 on Overwatch 2. Many new features will arrive this year, such as a new PvP game mode, but also the start of PvE missions. Find all the details now below!

Summary of the live

With Overwatch 2Blizzard offers content regularly to players during the seasons.
Blizzard put aside the hero missions, with the talents and the progression system introduced in 2019, which require an amount of time which no longer matches to the way the game is developed today, but will add story missions regularly over the seasons. Other co-op items are also in preparationnotably at certain events.
Season 5 will add Questwatchand will also be an opportunity to discover a new cinematic. Season 6 will be the biggest season since the releasewith PvE contenta new Support as well as the new PvP mode. Seasons 7 and 8 also bring a ton of new contenta new Tank, a new control board…
Season 6 brings a new story arc with multiple missions and cutscenes. There will also be visible lore directly in gameas well as’a PvE event with a co-op mission in a new part of King’s Row, as well asan experiment solo PvE with challenges and leaderboard.
Each Season has his own identitywhich will be more visible in game from Season 6.
