The current lack of new experiences was not a result of Blizzard Entertainment’s continued reluctance to expand intellectual property. This is because the studio has been quietly developing more StarCraft games.

In his upcoming book Play Nice: The Rise, Fall, and Future of Blizzard Entertainment, video game journalist Jason Schreier reveals that the company has developed a new StarCraft shooter.
