Modern technology has made the life of people suffering from various excuses very easy, now recently experts have developed a device that can restore the sight of blind people.

According to an international report, experts at Australia’s Monash University worked for more than a decade to develop the device, which uses a combination of smartphone-style electronics and microelectrodes implanted in the brain.

The system was shown to be effective in early clinical research in sheep, and researchers are now preparing for the first human trial.

This new technology bypasses the damage to the optic nerve that causes blindness.

The device translates the details collected by a camera and transmits it wirelessly to tiles implanted in the brain via a vision processor Unity and costume software.
