José Roso Ibáñez Piña, 89-year-old brother of the former first lady, Blanca Ibáñez, was found dead in his home in a state of decomposition and handcuffed.
It happened in Guácara, Carabobo state, specifically in the fourth stage of Ciudad Alianza. This was reported by the journalist Heberlizeth González on her social networks.
Neighbors noticed a bad odor coming from the residence and called the authorities, who upon arrival at the site found the scene.
