The electricity outage syndrome which is in full swing recently in Conakry has not spared the Dixinn criminal court relocated to the premises of the Court of Appeal of Conakry, where the trial linked to the massacre of September 28, 2009.

Electricity of Guinea (EDG) left the court on Monday, December 4, 2023, while General Ansoumane Camara Baffoé, one of the witnesses in this case, who has been appearing since last week, faces a barrage of questions lawyers for the different parties involved in this trial.

This situation, which created total panic within the court, led President Ibrahima Sory 2 Tounkara to temporarily suspend the proceedings. “We will be forced to temporarily suspend the trial,” said Judge Sory 2 Tounkara, thus interrupting a lawyer who was asking questions to the former Director of the National Police.

Will this cut have consequences on the progress of today’s hearing?
Let’s wait and see !
