The Chicago Blackhawks have Luke Reichel called up to the NHL roster from their AHL affiliate, the Rockford Ice Hogs. The club announced this in a press release on Wednesday. They moved with him Brett Seney up from the farm team.
The Blackhawks responded to the injury-related absences of MacKenzie Entwistle (wrist) and Jujhar Khaira (The back). Both were placed on the Injured Reserve List retroactively to December 27.
