Nico Feldner was one of the high-flyers at HC Innsbruck in the past two seasons. The striker has now signed with Steinbach Black Wings Linz until the summer of 2025.
The 24-year-old, who already has 182 Bundesliga appearances under his belt, wore the Austrian national team jersey at the A World Cup in Finland last year, which is also the highlight of his career so far. Team boss Roger Bader’s selection managed to stay up in the league with a sense of achievement once morest the USA and the Czech Republic.
Feldner will fight for this once more this year and recommend himself for his second call-up to Tampere in the coming weeks. Then Nico Feldner should give the storm of the Black Wings new momentum.
“Linz is a top address and I really wanted to take the opportunity to take my next steps under Philipp Lukas,” Feldner is quoted as saying in a club broadcast.
