Jaipur: The second phase list of BJP candidates in Rajasthan has been released. There are 83 candidates in the list, including former chief minister and senior leader Vasundhara Raje Scindia and others. Vasundhara will seek constituency from Jhalrapathan constituency. Satish Punia will contest from Amber and Rajendra Rathod from Taranagar.
Jyoti Mirdha, who joined the BJP from the Congress, is contesting from the Nagaur seat. Congress-ruled Rajasthan will hold elections on November 25. In 2018, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat was nominated by BJP. Vasundhara has been at loggerheads with the central leadership ever since she was appointed as the state president.
