A 25-year-old man who went to the hospital to treat a nasty injury to his private parts was arrested by the police.
The suspect is suspected of having sexually assaulted a Canadian tourist at La Défense in France, the Nanterre prosecution told Le Parisien.
At the end of the evening last August, the Canadian would have come to the aid of a woman who was being harassed by the suspect and another man on a bus, reports 20 Minutes.
Furious, the two men would then have followed the Canadian when he got off the bus to go to his hotel. The suspects would have first tried to steal his bag before forcing him to give them oral sex.
The Canadian tourist then violently bit the penis of his attacker who fled with his accomplice.
The suspect then went to the hospital for treatment. After investigation, it was possible to learn that his DNA matched that found on his alleged victim, still according to information from 20 Minutes.
Arrested and detained, the two men rather evoked a consensual sexual relationship with the Canadian. They deny having sexually assaulted him.
